I found a blog started by Lisa-Jo Baker where other bloggers meet on Fridays and just write for five minutes. They are given a different word a week and you just write what comes to your mind without any editing. Then you repost to her blog so others can read an share their thoughts on what you have written.
I thought this might be a good way to get practice in creative writing with feed back to help improve. Although with work I will not be able to post mine on Fridays but I hope to on that Saturday.
