Close your eyes, well after you read this description and imagine a river dark with cypress tree roots and moss hanging over the water with a gator sunning on a log. Now imagine a huge body of salt water with huge clouds bellowing upper ward or a bright orange sunset. Can you see these places in your mind and feel the breeze off the water. As if that wasn't enough now picture a green canvas of trees with dark brown bark and a dirt road breaking through the middle of it, and small yellow flowers in still water along the ditch on either side of the road. All of these sound like a place I would love to be relaxing with family. This is exactly what the Lord has blessed me with. My home is right in the middle of all three places, the river opens into the huge gulf and the woods that surround my small town are untouched by man for miles.
My love for photography all started when my two boys were young and we would all load up and head to the woods to hunt with my husband and his family. I did not grow up where you could hunt or even ride in the woods. You see I was a true city girl born an raised in south Florida. Back to my story, I would carry my camera instead of a gun and would just start snapping pictures and then realized that I would see things differently when I would capture them in a camera lens. Things as large as a landscape to things as small as a bee on a flower not to mention all the pictures I took of my family growing up.
I would like to dedicate this page to my love of pictures and the images in them. I hope you see the love beauty and the peace that the Lord has shared with me over the years and in the days to come.
Heather
